Your account
- • You must be at least 14 years old and give your real name and phone number.
- • Keep your login private. You are responsible for orders placed from your account.
Paying
- • After you tap “Start payment” you have 30 minutes to pay with Telebirr and upload the screenshot. After that the payment expires and you start again.
- • Send the exact amount shown to our Telebirr account. Telebirr's own service fee is paid by you on top.
- • Every screenshot is checked by our team before delivery. Fake, edited or reused screenshots get the account blocked.
Delivery
- • Delivery time is an estimate based on our working hours, the order queue and our supplier's speed — it is not guaranteed.
- • Your login or code is shown privately on your order page.
Using accounts
- • P2 and P3 accounts: don't change the password, email or security settings. Only Full Access allows that.
- • Don't share, resell or use cheats on accounts — this can get the account banned and ends the warranty.
Refunds & warranty
- • If we can't deliver, you get a full refund to your Telebirr number.
- • Replacements during the warranty follow our supplier's terms — see the refund & warranty page.
Your data
- • We keep your name, phone, date of birth and orders only to deliver and support your purchases. We never sell it.
